About Union Martial Arts

Union Martial Arts trains children, teens and adults in Mixed Martial Arts, the most modern and effective combination of Kickboxing and Jiu-Jitsu (no-gi). With professional coaching, a unique step-by step curriculum and age appropriate classes, students of all ages and abilities can enjoy training safely; building fitness, discipline, self-confidence and practical self-defense skills for life.

At Union, we expertly instruct children in the most modern and effective martial arts: Kickboxing and Jiu-Jitsu (no-gi). Using unparalleled teaching methods within our disciplined, safe and fun environment, children learn to effectively defend themselves in any situation, building self-defense skills and confidence they will carry with them for life.

Adult Classes for every level

In order to get into amazing shape and stay there, you’ll need more than a workout, you’ll need a pursuit that can last a lifetime.  Imagine a workout that relieves stress, burns fat, makes you more energetic, stronger and flexible – all while learning an invaluable life skill from an expert coach that is personally guiding and motivating you every step of the way.

Our Programs

Our curriculum consists of the following class types.  All classes are taught at an age-appropriate level, with the exception of Yoga, which is offered exclusively for adults.

Kickboxing 1

Where ALL new students begin!

A safe, fun non-contact class.  No experience required.  Learn effective kickboxing technique on a heavy bag, while getting an incredible total body workout.

Kickboxing 2

Develop offense, defense, movement, timing and conditioning.  Use a heavy bag, mitts, Muay Thai pads and partner drills.

Kickboxing and MMA Sparring is elective and for approved students.

Jiu-Jitsu (no-gi)

Learn the most effective self-defense skills at close-range.  Takedowns and takedown defense. Positional control, submissions, escapes, reversals and theory.

Sparring is elective and for approved students.

Yoga

Our Yoga classes are taught by certified instructors, and offered exclusively for adults.  Not required to be a Martial Arts student in order to participate.
